Coverage
On 1 January 2007 the FSA Prudential Sourcebook for Banks, Building Societies and Investment Firms came into force, consolidating and replacing the respective Interim Prudential Sourcebooks. My systems consultancy services cover:

About Eugene Mulligan
I am an IT practitioner with over 25 years' service in the banking and securities industry. I have been designing, building and delivering financial regulatory reporting systems since 1986.
In the main I have operated in a freelance capacity or as a business co-owner. Projects have included:
- Two bespoke regulatory reporting systems for Japanese investment banks.
- Co-founder, owner and technical director of Elmbridge Financial Systems Ltd, a software house that delivered Capital Adequacy regulatory solutions to firms in the UK, Europe and SE Asia.
- Regulatory Systems Product Manager at ADP Wilco Ltd (now Broadridge).
- Bespoke systems to financial institutions for data management, HO reporting, management accounting, trading p+l analysis, personnel.
- Regulatory consultancy.
- Windows applications, Web applications and websites for small businesses.
Although now based in Somerset, I am available to provide regulatory systems services, through my company Egn Systems Ltd, to organisations regardless of location.
